STORAGE
Easy to store in cockpit or cabin. Pliable firefighting materials make the lightweight bag (4-8 lbs.) easy to fold and store in confined spaces. It is important to always store the bag unzipped and ready to deploy.
DEPLOYMENT
HOT-STOP ‘L’ is simple and intuitive to deploy, no matter which size you choose. It only takes 5-6 easy steps. No aqueous liquids are required but HOT-STOP ‘L’ allows the use of water if aircraft operators choose to comply with SAFO FAA recommendations from 2009. Watch SOP video for deployment demonstration.
SHELF LIFE -MAINTENANCE INSPECTION
Firefighting materials engineered into HOT-STOP ‘L’ products provide an unhindered shelf life and require minimal periodic maintenance that consists of periodic visual inspection.

HOT-STOP is considered Carry-On Emergency Safety Equipment for aircraft.
WARRANTY

WHAT MAKES HOT-STOP ‘L’ SPECIAL
The HOT-STOP® ’L’ bags have achieved FIREPROOF status by an FAA-Registered laboratory and are made up of multiple durable fabrics with a felt inner core that has a 3200º F melting point. This core is sandwiched between two outer layers that have a 2080º F melting point and are proven to absorb energy and fire while the military grade zipper technology adds an airtight layer of protection by eliminating the escape of toxic smoke, gasses, carcinogens and other emissions.
